OUR HISTORY
Die La Cocina Kochschulen wurden vor 20 Jahren in Hannover gegründet, aus dem Wunsch heraus, einzigartige Kocherlebnisse und kulinarische Freude weiterzugeben. Mit einer klaren Philosophie im Herzen – die Kunst des Kochens zu lehren und Menschen durch gemeinsame kulinarische Erlebnisse zu verbinden – haben wir uns stetig weiterentwickelt.
Unser Erfolg in Hannover hat uns motiviert, unsere Leidenschaft für gutes Essen und gemeinsames Kochen auch an andere Orte zu tragen. Heute sind wir stolz darauf, auch in den pulsierenden Städten Hamburg, Bremen, Berlin, Wien und Mallorca vertreten zu sein. An jedem unserer Standorte schaffen wir eine einladende Atmosphäre, in der Teilnehmer aller Altersgruppen und Fähigkeiten willkommen sind, neue Kochtechniken zu erlernen und ihre kulinarischen Fähigkeiten zu erweitern.

Cilia Kaeker has been part of the LA COCINA family since February 2015 and is happy to assist and advise you on all questions relating to LA COCINA. She is a passionate hostess and, as a trained cook, she is keen to lead the odd cooking class herself.
